How can I solve an account signup issue?

If you are having difficulty with the sign-up process, here are some suggestions to help:
The email field is highlighted in red when I try to register.
- If your email is already registered, but you have not previously created an account, please contact Customer Service directly.
- If you have previously registered, use the Forgotten Password page to receive an email that will guide you in resetting your account password.

- Note that you are not required to use a special symbol, but if you choose to use one you MUST use one of the following special symbols: * ! @ ? # | ( ) / _ - . , ; :
- Symbols that fall outside of this list are not supported in passwords and need to be removed to proceed
I am being asked for more documents to complete registration.
- Under the "My Account" section, you can navigate to the "My Documents" tab to upload an image of the requested verification document(s).
The registration screen requires a unique email address, as well as a password which meets the guidelines outlined on screen
